Services Provided

Fraser Gorrie (Meristics/The Technifar Corporation) provides two main services:

  • Full Web Development: Complete web application development from concept to deployment
  • AI Development Coaching: Training and mentorship for AI-assisted development

Payment Terms

Web Development

  • Payment through pre-purchased hour blocks
  • Rates: $125-$250/hour depending on block size
  • Hours are consumed as work is performed
  • Additional blocks can be purchased as needed

AI Coaching

  • Monthly retainers: $1K-$5K depending on hours included
  • Hour blocks: 5, 10, or 20 hours at $150-$250/hour
  • Payment due at start of each month for retainers

Project Scope and Changes

"I will change direction at ANY TIME, provided there is budget remaining." This flexibility is a key feature of our working relationship.

  • Scope changes are encouraged when they serve your business needs
  • Changes must be within available budget
  • Major scope increases may require additional hour blocks
  • All changes will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation

Intellectual Property

Web Development

You own all code, designs, and content created specifically for your project upon payment.

AI Coaching

You own all code and projects you create during coaching sessions.

General Tools and Knowledge

General methodologies, tools, and frameworks remain available for use in other projects.

Confidentiality

All client information, business details, and project specifics are kept strictly confidential. I do not share client information or use proprietary business logic in other projects without explicit permission.

Communication and Availability

  • Email responses within 24 hours during business days
  • Weekly scheduled meetings for active projects
  • Urgent issues receive priority attention
  • All work performed remotely via video calls and screen sharing

Warranties and Limitations

Services are provided "as is" with no warranty beyond industry-standard practices. I commit to professional workmanship and will address any defects in my work at no charge.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services. I am not responsible for business losses, data loss, or consequential damages beyond the direct cost of services provided.

Termination

Either party may terminate the working relationship at any time with reasonable notice.

  • Unused pre-purchased hours will be refunded
  • Work completed to date will be delivered
  • All project materials and code will be provided
  • Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the laws of the jurisdiction where The Technifar Corporation is based.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be communicated to active clients and posted on this website with an updated revision date.
